General Information

All prices are in EUR. Prices include Finnish VAT. Prices do not include custom duties which are in all cases payable by the buyer if such arise. Prices do not include delivery costs which will be added in the shopping cart based on the country and postal code area of the delivery.

Minimum Order

Minimum order is 45 euros.

Ordering & Order Confirmation

Ordering is done by using the web shop’s shopping cart program. Once you have collected your products to shopping cart and paid for them you will automatically receive an order confirmation to your e-mail.

NB. If you have not received the order confirmation to your email it means that we have not received your order and your order has not been processed. This can happen e.g. when the internet connection is interrupted during the ordering process. If this happens you just need to repeat your order procedure.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

Once you fill in the country and the postal code in the shopping cart, the shipping options and corresponding fees will be displayed. Our current shipping fees are 4,90€ / 9,90€ depending on the size and weight of the package. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days.

Environmental Friendliness

We recycle packaging materials for the benefit of the environment and to keep costs low. Therefore packagings may have other companies' logos on them.

Returns and Exchange

DiivaDog & Co. has a 14 days return and exchange policy. Return transport cost and all related costs are to be paid by the sender.

Returned products must be in the original condition, ie. unused and unwashed. If the products are dirty or damaged they can not be returned or exchanged and will not be refunded. Products must be returned in/with their original packaging incl. product labels and stickers. Opened food bags, food cans and personalised products, e.g. engraved name tags, can not be returned or exchanged unless products are faulty.

Returned goods must be well packed to withstand the return transport unharmed. If returned goods are damaged or lost during the return transport, products can not be refunded or exchanged.

If you do not collect your delivery and it returns to us, we will charge the actual cost of return transportation.

Unclaimed products will not be refunded.

Return shipment must always be accompanied by the sender's information of the reason for the return and the order number.

Other Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions and prices may be changed without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction e.g. due to the erroneous prices in the shop.

If the product is out of stock, we will contact the customer. We are not responsible for any errors in the product information. Customer information is not shared with third parties. All persons under the age of majority in their jurisdiction are required to have a parent’s or guardian's permission for online buying in the DiivaDog & Co. web shop.

We can not be held liable for delays in the deliveries that are attributable to reasons as natural disaster, strike or work stoppage, regulatory decision, general traffic disruption or other force majeure reason.

Why do we need to collect information
We use the information to handle and ship your orders, to develop our online store, customer service and marketing. 

What  information do we collect and store

1. Information given by the user of our online store, such as:
- name
- contact information: e-mail address, postal address, phone number
- payment information
- shipping information
- currency information
- product reviews
- wish list information
- e-mails received from customers
- marketing message subscriptions 

2. Information received from the use of our online store services, such as:
- Delivery information including shipping addresses
- Payment methods selected by the customer
- Purchase history including returns and refunds
- Device identification
- Other Store Events participated 

5. Who can view this data
All our data is located in secure server with firewall and encrypted access is limited only to those employees, who are trained and trusted. All our systems require individual password authentication. Manual information is stored in locked room. We control all access to our information.

For special reasons we need to transfer information to third parties. These reasons are such as shipping, analytics, payment transactions, marketing and data storage. For these purposes we have trusted partners who also are committed to EU Data Protection Regulation. None of our partners have permission to use our information for their own purposes.

6. How long is the data stored
We store the data only for the time needed so that we can fulfill the uses mentioned in this document. If your account has been long inactivated we will discard it. This will be no later than five years after the last activity. 

Some information may be stored longer for reasons by law. 

7. Customer rights 
Our customer has right to review his/her personal information stored at our registry. She/he can ask us to correct information or do it by himself at his account. It is also possible to request restrictions on data processing. This should be done by written contact our customer service info@diivadog.com
If any problems found in our operations, please contact us as soon as possible in order to correct our mistake at the earliest opportunity. The customer has always right to complain to local data protection authority.

The customer can always delete his/her own account at our online store by herself. Our newsletter order can be cancelled by link encluded each marketing letter. It is always possible to ask our customer service to do these as well. This must be done by writing and send to our customer service: info@diivadog.com
